研究室/部署単位での構成員名簿作成をお願いしております。安否確認の際にも使用しますので、メンバーに変更がありましたらその都度更新し当管理室にご提出ください。
GSFS conducts a survey of all registered laboratory members twice a year (at the beginning of summer and winter semesters). EHS Office GSFS will announce the survey to all laboratories, so have your laboratory/office prepare the list and send it to the office by e-mail. People who stay in Kashiwa campus even are day of week also should be filled in.
