産業医による職場巡視が義務付けられています。
To improve the environment of laboratories and workplaces, every laboratory and workplace, occupational physicians will conduct safety inspection once a year.

【産業医による職場巡視の流れ/Inspection Flow】

1. 巡視日程のお知らせ/Settlement schedule

巡視の約１週間前に実施日時をお知らせいたします。研究室メンバーの中から巡視に立ち会う人を、予め決めておいてください。
We will inform you of the date and time of implementation about one week before the safety inspection. The witness of the safety inspection should be assigned by inspection.

２. 産業医による職場巡視当日/Inspection day

産業医や衛生管理者等数人が、実験室・学生居室・事務室等を訪問します。通常、数分間で終了します。
Occupational physicians, health officers, and members of EHS committee attend the inspection. It's about several minutes.
 

３. 巡視結果の通知/Announcement inspection results

改善が必要と判断された事柄について、当管理室から各研究室へお知らせします。
The points identified to be corrected should be fixed will be announced by EHS Office, GSFS by e-mail.

４. 指摘箇所の対応/Responding to points identified to be corrected

各研究室で指摘箇所を改善後、改善内容を当管理室に報告してください。
Each laboratory must respond to a report and to e-mail back the situation to the Office.

５. 衛生管理者による確認/After checking by health officer

指摘事項のあった個所の対応状況について、後日衛生管理者が訪問し確認します。
Health officer will visit the laboratory which was pointed out during the inspection and check the situation.
