■2022年6月20日以降、無人航空機（100g以上）は国交省への法人登録が必須になり、未登録機体の屋外飛行は法令違反になります。科研費等で購入し大学の資産として管理する機体を保有する研究室・部署は、法人登録をしてください。なお、東大のルール上、申請書に記載し郵送での申請になります（オンライン申請 不可）。また、３年毎の更新登録が必要になりますのでご留意ください。

After June 20, 2022, unmanned aerial vehicles (100g or more) will be required to be registered as corporations with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and outdoor flights of unregistered aircraft will be a violation of the law. Laboratories and departments that own machines purchased with KAKENHI, etc. and managed as assets of the university should be registered as corporations. Please note that due to the rules of the University of Tokyo, it is necessary to fill in the application form and apply by mail (online application is not possible). ■屋外で無人航空機を飛行させる場合、飛行許可承認手続きが必要です。飛行エリアにより申請方法・書類が異なりますのでご注意ください。

To fly an unmanned aerial vehicle outdoors, a flight permit approval procedure is required. Please note that the application method and documents differ depending on the flight area.

● 国が定める 飛行禁止空域 での飛行　/　Flying in national no-fly zones 

　国交省が「飛行禁止空域」と定めるエリアで飛行の際は、国交省に飛行許可承認手続きが必要です。手続きはオンラインサービス「DIPS」から申請が可能です（郵送による申請も可能）。

　（注）柏１キャンパスは「国が定める飛行禁止空域」に該当します。

    When flying in areas designated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as "no-fly airspace", the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism requires a flight permission approval procedure. The procedure can be applied from the online service "DIPS" (application by mail is also possible).

(Note) The Kashiwa 1 campus falls under the "no-fly airspace designated by the government".
