毎月１回、居室や実験室内の自主的なチェックを行ってください。実験室だけではなく、居室や事務室も対象です。
Periodic inspection at each laboratory and workplace should be conducted to complement the safety inspection by occupational physicians.
１．自主点検記録用紙に記載の項目について毎月点検を行ってください
Please conduct periodic safety inspection and check the items listed on the self-inspection record form every month.

自主点検記録用紙には2種類あります。
- [実験系研究室]：実験室に掲示してください
- [非実験系研究室、居室]：実験をしない居室や事務室に掲示してください
There are two types of sheets. for self-inspection.
Choose appropriate format of record from two formats of Voluntary Safety Inspection by each laboratory, and post it on the wall inside each room. You can summarise safety conditions of several laboratories and non-laboratory rooms into one report respectively.
- Experimental laboratory(「実験系研究室」)・・・Experimental laboratory
- Non-experimental laboratory/desk work room (「非実験系研究室、居室」)・・・Non-Experimental Laboratory, Office workplace.
２．自主点検記録用紙の提出/Report Submission
自主点検の記録は、年度末頃（３月末～４月上旬）に研究室・部署単位でまとめて環境安全管理室に提出してください。
Please submit the self-inspection records to the Environmental Safety Management Office at the end of the fiscal year (end of March to early April) for each laboratory / department.
