飛行予定日に柏１キャンパスの屋外で人が集まるイベントが行われる場合は飛行できません。飛行予定日にそのようなイベントがないか柏キャンパス内の各部局総務チームに確認をしてください。　⇒　柏地区 事務部連絡先一覧

If there is an event where many people gather outdoors on the Kashiwa 1 Campus on the scheduled flight date, the flight is not permitted. Please check with the general affairs team of each department on the Kashiwa Campus to see if there are any such events on the day you plan to fly. ⇒ List of contact information for the Kashiwa district office

申請書一式（柏地区 共通事務センターHP）　※学内ネットワークでのみ閲覧可

記載例を参考にしていただき申請書に必要事項を記入してください。

申請書類にはありませんが、

　・補足資料として「安全面での注意事項」の作成をお願いします

　・「飛行目的の詳細（撮影した画像の公開先、用途等） 」をメールで結構ですのでお知らせください。

作成しましたら、内容を確認いたしますので申請書一式をメールで 新領域 環境安全管理室 までご提出ください。

Complete set of application forms (Kashiwa Campus General Affairs Center HP) *Only viewable on the campus network

Please refer to the description example and fill in the necessary items on the application form.

Although not included in the application form,

・Please create a "Safety Precautions" as a supplementary material

・Please let us know the "details of the purpose of the flight (where to publish the captured image, purpose, etc.)" by e-mail.

Once created, we will check the contents, so please submit the complete set of application forms by email to the GSFS Environment ，Health and Safty office

環境安全管理室から リエゾン室会議 もしくは アメニティ室会議 に申請書を提出します。

・飛行目的 撮影：柏キャンパス リエゾン室会議（担当：柏地区共通事務センター 総務チーム）

・飛行目的 土地活用や教育研究：柏キャンパス アメニティ室会議（担当：柏地区 施設チーム）

承認されたら当管理室から研究室に連絡をしますので、申請書に押印した原本を環境安全管理室に学内便でご提出ください。

Submit the application from the EFS Office to her Liaison Room Meeting or her Amenity Room Meeting.

・Purpose of Flight -Photo: Kashiwa Campus Liaison Office Meeting (in charge: General Affairs Team, Kashiwa Campus Common Administrative Center)

・Purpose of fligh- Land utilization and education research: Kashiwa campus amenity room meeting (responsible: Kashiwa district facilities team)

Once approved, the management office will contact the laboratory, so please submit the original stamped application form to the EHS office by on-campus mail.

[環境安全管理室が対応]

申請書を 柏共通事務センター 安全衛生チーム に提出します。「柏地区 安全衛⽣委員会・環境安全管理室会議」の議題とし、承認されたら飛行可能となります。

Submit the application to the Safety and Health Team at the Kashiwa Common Administrative Center. It will be on the agenda of the "Kashiwa Area Safety and Health Committee/Environmental Safety Management Office Meeting", and once approved, flight will be allowed.

（3）で承認されたら、⾶⾏⽇時・内容等を新領域 総務チームに連絡し、柏キャンパス内に周知していただくようお願いしてください。

If you are approved in (3), please contact the GSFS Affairs Team of the New Fields to inform the Kashiwa Campus of the date and details of your flight.

＜重要＞ ＜Important＞

・「柏地区 安全衛⽣委員会・環境安全管理室会議」は月に１回行われています。会議の１週間前までに申請書を担当部署に提出しなければなりませんので、余裕を持って申請書の準備をしてください。（参考：会議スケジュール）

The “Kashiwa Area Health and Safety Committee/Environment and Safety Management Office Meeting” is held once a month. The application form must be submitted to the department in charge at least one week before the conference, so please prepare the application form well in advance. (Reference: Meeting schedule)

・飛行目的が学外用途の撮影の場合、「撮影希望日の１か月以上前」までに柏キャンパス リエゾン室会議に「取材・撮影等企画書」を提出しなければなりません。

If the purpose of the flight is to take pictures for off-campus purposes, you must submit a "coverage/photographing plan" to the Kashiwa Campus Liaison Office meeting at least one month before the desired date of shooting.

・柏２キャンパスでの飛行については「柏地区共通事務センター 総務チーム 」へご相談ください。

Please contact the General Affairs Team of the Kashiwa Campus General Affairs Center for information on flying at the Kashiwa Campus.

・柏キャンパス外での研究活動で、ドローンによる撮影やデータ収集等を行う際は、その土地を管轄する機関に飛行許可を確認してください。

When conducting research activities outside the Kashiwa Campus, such as photographing or collecting data with a drone, please confirm flight permission with the organization that has jurisdiction over the area.
