Regular Checking of Equipment
実験機器の中には、定期的な点検を行い、点検結果を３年間保管することが義務付けられているものがあります。
EHS Office GSFS contracts regular check of laboratories to a inspection service once a year. There are the results of some equipment must be kept in three years.
１．定期点検が必要な装置/Equipment required to conduct regular checking
＜毎年実施＞ ＜Implement every year＞
-ドラフトチャンバー（ヒュームフード / 局所排気装置）/Fume hood
-遠心機/Centrifuge
-オートクレーブ（滅菌器）/Autoclave
■定期点検の方法/How to conduct regular checking
新領域創成科学研究科での点検方法は３つあります。以下のいずれかの方法で点検を行ってください。
EHS Office GSFS offers three ways of regular checking, and each research group can choose one depends on your situation.
＜方法１＞ 研究科内で取りまとめ、点検業者に委託 / Checking organized by EHS Office
点検を希望する研究室を当管理室で取りまとめ、点検業者に委託します。複数の研究室をまとめて点検するため、＜方法３＞よりも費用が抑えられます。点検後は当管理室から各研究室へ点検結果の原本をお渡ししますので、３年間保管してください。
EHS Office GSFS contracts regular check of laboratories to a inspection service once a year. Since announcement of it by e-mail is sent the laboratories which would like to apply for this check need to send back. The regular check report will be distributed after checking from EHS Office GSFS to each laboratory, so please file it in three years. The record does not require to submit the EHS Office.
＜方法２＞ 研究室で自主点検を実施 / Self checking conducted by laboratory members
研究室で「定期自主点検表」にある項目について点検を行います。各機器の点検方法については、本学 環境安全本部 が年に１-２回講習会を実施していますので、そちらにご参加ください。自主点検完了後は「定期自主点検表」の原本を当管理室へ提出し、各研究室でも写しを3年間保管してください。以下に定期自主点検表と過去の講習会資料を掲載します。
Laboratories which do not apply for the check （①) must to perform checking and turn in its report by their own. Download the checking format and conduct check following its manual and handouts of training lecture. The record requires to submit the EHS Office and to be filed in three years. Here are the checking format, its manual and handouts of training lecture.

＜方法３＞ 直接業者に委託/Checking asking for its service by laboratory
機器を購入したメーカー等に直接お申し込みください。点検完了後は点検記録を環境安全管理室までご提出ください。
Laboratories which do not apply for the check （①) can make a contract to checking service and turn in its report by their own.
２．定期的な点検を推奨している機器/Equipment for which periodic inspection is recommended
-ガス検知器（酸素濃度計を含む）/Gas detector (including oxygen concentration meter)
■定期点検の方法/How to conduct regular checking
＜方法１＞ 物性研低温液化室もしくは研究科内で取りまとめ、点検業者に委託/Checking organized by EHS Office
点検を希望する研究室を取りまとめ、点検業者に発注します。＜方法２＞よりも若干費用が抑えられます。
We will organize the laboratories you wish to inspect and place an order. The cost is slightly lower than <Method 2>.
＜方法２＞ 研究室が直接業者に委託/Checking asking for its service by laboratory
ガス検知器を購入したメーカー等に直接お申し込みください。
Please apply directly to the manufacturer where the gas detector is purchased.
-研究用エックス線装置/X-ray apparatus
→全ての装置：年に１回の定期漏えい検査/All equipment: Annual inspection for leakage
→管理区域が装置外、かつ装置を固定して使用するもの（６ヶ月毎の作業環境測定）
The controlled area is outside the device and the device is fixed and used (measurement of working environment every 6 months)
→管理区域が装置外、かつ装置を固定しないもの（１ヶ月ごとの作業環境測定）
The controlled area is outside the device and the device is not fixed (measurement of working environment every month)
-電子顕微鏡（定格加速電圧１００キロボルト 以上）/electronic microscope
→年に１回の定期漏えい検査/All equipment: Annual inspection for leakage
